What's Included in a Maintenance Contract?
- All of our agreements include a full check of the system from top to bottom based on a schedule that you select, such as one time per month or one time per quarter.
- Inspections are performed by a trained and uniformed technician.
- Any necessary repairs are documented, and if possible, are made the same day while the technician is on site.
- Products that fail while covered under warranty are exchanged immediately.
- A report is sent to you, the client, detailing the maintenance visit and any repairs needed and/or completed.
